Factory visits
We visit the factories to look at production, quality control and capacity, so you don't have to travel.
Samples and questions
We arrange samples and get answers to your technical questions from the production team.
Prices and terms
We help you compare offers and agree terms such as delivery, payment and packaging.
Documents
We check that the CE marking, Declaration of Performance and test reports exist and match the product.
Shipping and after
On request we inspect goods before they leave and check the shipping papers. We also help with repeat orders and any complaints.
Documents and rules
Building materials sold in the EU usually need CE marking and a Declaration of Performance. Goods from Turkey also need an A.TR certificate to enter the EU without customs duty.
We check that these documents exist, are current and match the goods you order. We are not a certification body, and responsibility for the product stays with the manufacturer and, where applicable, the importer.
How we are paid
The first conversation is free. After that, our fee depends on the job and is agreed with you in writing before we start. We never add anything to the factory's price. We are paid only by you. We never take money from factories.
