Privacy policy
Short version: we collect what you type into the contact form, we use it to answer you, and we do not sell it or track you around the web.
Who is responsible
Noluso is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at info@noluso.com for any question about your data, including a request to see, correct or delete it.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send. The contact form asks for your name, email address, and optionally your company and country, plus whatever you write in the message field. Nothing else is collected — there are no analytics scripts, no advertising pixels, no cookies set by this site, and no third-party fonts or embeds that would report your visit elsewhere.

Why, and on what legal basis
We process what you send in order to answer your enquiry and, if it leads somewhere, to carry on a business conversation. The legal basis is legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — responding to someone who deliberately contacted us — or, where a contract follows, Article 6(1)(b).
Who else sees it
Form submissions are delivered by email through our transactional email provider, and the site is hosted on Cloudflare's network. Both act as processors on our behalf and may store data outside the EU under standard contractual clauses. We do not share your data with anyone else, and we never sell it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that go nowhere are deleted within twelve months. Correspondence connected to an actual business relationship is kept for as long as the relationship lasts, plus the retention period Swedish bookkeeping law requires for the records that go with it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to our processing of it, and receive it in a portable format. Write to info@noluso.com and we will respond within one month. If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
